Preparation
Chop the onion, the chile and the epazote and reserve. Filete the mushroom, the pumpkin flower and chop the huitlacoche.
Put a saucepan with oil and add a third of the chopped onion, with a third of the chopped chile and add the pumpkin flower, season to taste, do the same with the champigon and the huitlacoche.
Form small tortillas with the dough and fill with a little pumpkin flower, huitlacoche or mushrooms. Fry until the dough is cooked.
