This Roquefort mousse recipe is classic and very easy to prepare. It is served with crackers or slices of baguette bread. It also stays rich if you serve it with apples or pears in slices.

Preparation
The grenetin is hydrated in the water and dissolved.
Put the rest of the ingredients in the blender and, once they are stirred, add the dissolved gelatin.
A 1 liter mold is greased with oil.
The mousse is emptied and put into the refrigerator.
Let it set (about 3 hours) and serve with crackers or sliced bread.
