This Roquefort mousse recipe is classic and very easy to prepare. It is served with crackers or slices of baguette bread. It also stays rich if you serve it with apples or pears in slices.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams Roquefort cheese
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk, or light cream
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

The grenetin is hydrated in the water and dissolved.
Put the rest of the ingredients in the blender and, once they are stirred, add the dissolved gelatin.
A 1 liter mold is greased with oil.
The mousse is emptied and put into the refrigerator.
Let it set (about 3 hours) and serve with crackers or sliced ​​bread.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the plate with fresh herbs.

TIPS

Alternatively you can not put jello, and serve it with a duya on muffins or slices of cucumber sprinkled with a touch of walnut.
