Preparation
Take the cheese out of the refrigerator for a while before so that it softens a bit.
Remove the oysters from the can, squeezing the oil. With a fork, crush them as if making a pasty (you can leave some pieces a little bigger)
Put the cheese on a plate and crush it to the consistency of mousse.
