Delicious and sensational oyster mousse, this is the perfect snack to enjoy with your friends in a meeting. Surprise them with that rich snack.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 can smoked oyster
  • 1 stick Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 2 envelopes jelly
  • garlic salt
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Blend the oysters, cheese, garlic salt and pepper.
Heat a little broth and dissolve the gelatin there.
Stir with the above, empty a mold smeared with a little oil from the oysters to facilitate removal.
Refrigerate until set very well.
Accompany with cookies of your choice.

PRESENTATION

Put on a platter the oyster mousse and around it adorn it with crackers.

TIPS

To make it taste better, let it cool for more than 1 hour.

Cantidad de gelatina Hola! Estoy tratando de preparar esta receta, pero no indica en gramos, la cantidad de gelatina que se debe utilizar. Podrían publicarla con cantidades por favor. Muchas Gracias!
