Nachos with Cheese and Chili with Meat

Nachos are the favorite snack of many, and this recipe will not be the exception because it has everything you expect, with a balanced and delicious spiced flavor, accompanied by cheddar cheese. It is ideal to please your guests at any family gathering.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil
  • 1 onion, cut into large boxes
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 4 tomatoes, without skin and without skin (finely chopped)
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons thyme, dry
  • 4 tablespoons mashed tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups black bean, cooked, without broth
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup light beer
  • 1 bag nachos
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated, to gratinate

Preparation

Preheat and oven at 180 ° C.
In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion, add the garlic and let it cook for 3 minutes until golden, add the pepper, the tomato and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes until cooked, add seasonings, sugar and tomato puree. Cook for 3 more minutes.
Add the black beans, season with salt and pepper, add the beer and cook for 40 minutes over low heat.
Place the nachos on a cast iron skillet, add the meat, the cheddar cheese and the au gratin for 5 minutes in the oven.
Serve with jalapeño peppers and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate accompanied by a refreshing drink.

TIPS

You can substitute beer for beef broth.

Me quedo 1/2 k de bolognesa de días anteriores y ser me ocurrió integrarle el resto de los ingredientes de esta receta y quedo muy bien. Sólo que con champiñones y zanahorias extra 🤭😉. Pero nadie se quejo.
