A delicious vegetarian snack, baguette bread with sliced avocado, chopped cucumber and a dressing of rice vinegar.

Preparation
Cut the baguette bread into three equal pieces and open them in half. They roast slightly in the oven.
Cut the avocado first in half, remove the bone with a knife and cut into slices. Place the slices on the baguette bread and place a little lemon on the avocado so it does not turn black.
In a bowl mix the chopped cucumber into cubes, the rice vinegar, the sesame seeds and the salt.
The seasoned cucumber is placed on the avocado and the bruschettas are served.
