The classic pepilocos now take as topping, the traditional cueritos and are prepared with super easy to get ingredients. If the cueritos are not your favorite snack, you can substitute pork rinds. With what would you like to accompany this Mexican snack?

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 pieces of cucumber
  • 1 Cup of carrot grated
  • 1 Cup of pickled coriander cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup of spicy peanut
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of spicy sauce
  • enough of Salt
  • enough of Churrito of chili to decorate
  • enough of pequin pepper to decorate

    Preparation
