Ingredients

4 servings
  • 50 milliliters of San Juan® egg whites
  • 65 grams of Butter
  • enough of Salt
  • 200 milliliters of Water
  • 300 milliliters of evaporated milk
  • 100 grams of cornflakes
  • 3 spoonfuls of flour
  • 100 grams of grated cheese Edam
  • 125 grams of cheese Edam, cubed

    Preparation

    Boil the water with butter and salt. Remove from the fire.
    Add the evaporated milk to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Let sit a few minutes.
    Add San Juan Light Egg and sifted flour. Mix well and form a homogeneous mixture. Add the cheese and mix well.
    Allow the preparation to cool in the refrigerator so that it has consistency.
    Form some flattened balls and place the cubes of cheese. Wrap together well and consume as croquettes.
    Flour portions and fry in plenty of hot oil, browning slightly.
    Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate and with a little dressing to taste or hot sauce.

    TIPS

    You can accompany with a fresh salad of lettuce and vegetables.

    La verdad me gustaría intentar hacerlo pero veo que esta faltante de ingredientes y pasos de cómo hacerlo así que sería bueno que la pusieran completa si es que se puede muchas gracias!!
