Potato Nachos with Pastor

If you love nachos, but the typical tortilla chips are boring, cook these nachos with slices of crispy baked potatoes, prepared with a delicious dressing of garlic with buffalo sauce and mayonnaise. In addition, they are served with meat to the shepherd, guacamole, cream and pico de gallo. They will drive you crazy!

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces of potato With peel, cut into medium thick slices
  • 3 spoonfuls of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Pepper for the potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt for the potatoes
  • 1/4 of Cup of buffalo sauce for the potatoes
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise Best Foods® for the potatoes
  • 1/4 of Cup of bacon cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 of piece of purple Onion chopped
  • 500 grams of Pork Meat Pastor
  • 1 Cup of Asadero cheese grated
  • to taste of guacamole at your service
  • to taste of sour cream at your service
  • to taste of pico de gallo at your service
  • to taste of coriander chopped, to serve
  • to taste of cheddar cheese melted, to serve

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    For the potatoes, in a bowl mix the potatoes with the oil, the paprika, the garlic, the pepper, the salt, the buffalo sauce and the Mayonnaise Best Foods®.
    Place them on a tray and bake for 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked and crispy. Remove from the oven and reserve.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it is browned and release the fat, add the purple onion and the pork to the shepherd. Cook for 10 minutes, season and reserve.
    In a cast iron pan place the potatoes on the edges, in the center add the meat preparation to the shepherd and sprinkle with the cheese grill, taking care to fill the spaces. Bake 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
    Serve immediately with guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo sauce, cilantro and cheddar cheese.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the potato nachos in a cast iron skillet with guacamole, pico de gallo sauce and sour cream.

    TIPS

    Bathe the potatoes constantly with the marinade during baking so that they are delicious.
