These croquettes are baked and light and delicious. They carry a mixture of mint and basil that make their flavor unique and delicious. They are an excellent option as a snack or as a garnish for some other dish. They are also very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 3 green pumpkins
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup ground bread
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh mint, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons basil leaf, fresh chopped
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste lemon, To accompany

Preparation

Wash and dry the pumpkins. Cut into slices 2 cm wide.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
Pass each pumpkin for the egg whites, then for the flour, then again for the egg whites and finally for the ground bread.
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Arrange the caped pumpkins on a baking sheet with a sheet of paper and bake for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
