The marinated turkey cake is a very delicious preparation, it is a classic recipe of the gastronomy of the capital of Mexico. It is a very practical recipe, since the turkey that is left over from Christmas dinner is used.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 150 grams turkey, pickled
  • 1 bread, telera type
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 1/4 avocados
  • 1/4 red tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 5 milliliters oil

Preparation

Cut the tomato into slices, and the avocado into wedges.
Cut the bread and spread it with mayonnaise, put the lettuce leaves, tomato and avocado on the base.
Heat the oil in a skillet, sauté the turkey meat and season with salt and pepper. Once the turkey is hot, place it on the avocado and close the cake with the other half of the bread.

PRESENTATION

Wrap the cake in a napkin and serve it on a plate.

TIPS

Accompany with a delicious lemon water with chia.
