This rich bread with creamy cheese with a mix of pistachios and accompanied by banana, is ideal to start the mornings full of energy. Delicious mixture crowned with a touch of honey and mint leaves.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 dominican bananas
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 The Laughing Cow Cheese®, spreadable
  • 1/2 cups pistachio, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons bee honey
  • enough Mint leaf, to decorate

Preparation

Cut the bananas in half vertically
Heat the butter over medium heat in a pan and fry the bananas. Reservation.
