Prepare this delicious creamy tuna sandwich with a dressing made from Greek yoghurt and jocoque. This creamy filling is even better, when you accompany it with the unique bread Bimbo® Vital blueberries with nuts and bran, which make this delicious and lighter sandwich.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of canned tuna
  • 4 spoonfuls of red onion finely chopped
  • 4 stems of celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of corn kernels yellow
  • 1/4 of Cup of palmetto finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of pea
  • 4 spoonfuls of pickled chili pepper finely chopped
  • 3/4 of Cup of Greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 of Cup of jocoque
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 8 slices of Bimbo® Vital Bread Cranberries with Walnuts and Bran
  • 1 Cup of baby spinach
  • 1 Cup of alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 piece of avocado in slices

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix the tuna with onion, celery, corn, palm hearts, peas, pickled chilies, pickle, yoghurt, jocoque and season with salt and pepper.
    Make the sandwich by placing spinach, alfalfa seed and avocado on four slices of Bimbo® Vital blueberry bread with walnuts and bran. Add some tuna salad and cover with another slice of bread.
    Serve and accompany with green salad.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in an extended dish, accompanied by green salad.

    TIPS

    It is important that you drain the tuna well, to avoid soaking the bread at the time of assembly.
