Preparation
In a bowl, mix the tuna with onion, celery, corn, palm hearts, peas, pickled chilies, pickle, yoghurt, jocoque and season with salt and pepper.
Make the sandwich by placing spinach, alfalfa seed and avocado on four slices of Bimbo® Vital blueberry bread with walnuts and bran. Add some tuna salad and cover with another slice of bread.
Serve and accompany with green salad.
