In a bowl, mix the tuna with the onion, celery, corn, hearts of palm, peas, pickled peppers, the pickling juice, yogurt, and jocoque, and season with salt and pepper. Assemble the sandwich by placing spinach, alfalfa sprouts, and avocado on four slices of Bimbo® Vital blueberry bread with nuts and bran. Add a bit of tuna salad and top with another slice of bread.
