Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 baguette
  • 200 grams medium shrimp, Cooked and cut into 2 or 3 parts
  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 2 white potatoes, large in sheets washed in water jet and dried
  • 1/2 liters olive oil
  • 1 corsage bouquet garni, (dried leaves of thyme, bay leaf and parsley)
  • to taste sea ​​salt
  • 1 boat extra special tartara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

Put olive oil in a deep frying pan and heat over medium heat with garni bouquet
