Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 teaspoon cooking spray oil
  • 8 slices panela cheese, thick
  • 4 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 8 slices Turkey breast, thin
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Heat a grill pan with cooking spray and grill panela cheese on both sides over medium heat. Reservation.
Make the sandwich by smearing mayonnaise and mustard on the slices, turkey breast, panela cheese, spinach, another slice of bread, and repeat finishing with a third slice of bread.
Heat a skillet over low heat with butter and toast the sandwich on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended dish and accompany with vegetable salad.
