Preparation
In a bowl stir the smoked salmon, add the oil (a little), lemon juice and pepper to season. Let it rest for 30 minutes inside the refrigerator so that it is well impregnated with the flavors.
Cut the bread in half. Reserve.
Spread some cream cheese on slices of bread. Add the smoked salmon, previously distributed in 4 equal parts.
Heat a grill and put the paninis until they are a little golden and hot to taste.
