Ingredients: 4 telera rolls, cut in half; 100 grams Manchego cheese; 1 apple, in thin slices, peeled; fig jam, or apricot jam, as needed; olive oil; 200 grams deli ham, optional

Brush one half of the rolls with olive oil and cover the other half with fig jam. If you don't have fig jam, you can use apricot jam. Slice the apples and Manchego cheese. Place them on the bread. Add ham to taste.
