Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can light beer
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 2 cups manchego cheese
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste olive oil
  • 2 portobello mushrooms, cut into slices
  • 1 bag Multigrain Oroweat® Bread
  • 1 Re Lettuce
  • 2 avocados, in slices
  • 1 green apple, in slices
  • 1 cup wheat germ

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the portobello on a tray, add olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 10 minutes.
In a pot heat the beer over low heat, add the cream cheese, manchego cheese, season with salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes until it has a thick consistency. Let cool and reserve.
