Rich turkey sandwich to have a full and healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices wholemeal bread
  • 8 slices Turkey breast
  • 50 grams fresh spinach
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes and cut into four and place them in a tray with waxed paper with the seeds up, salt and pepper to your liking.
Bake at 200 ° C for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Toast the loaves
In a medium pot boil half the water.
Once it boils, go by breaking the eggs one by one.
Leave until the water boils again, turn off the heat and let stand 4 minutes.
Place the loaves on the plates, put two slices of turkey breasts, then the spinach and then an egg taking out with a strainer or skimmer and draining the excess water.
Two tomatoes are placed for each bread and served immediately.

TIPS
