Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 leaves spinach
  • 4 slices yellow cheese
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 1 avocado
  • 8 whole-grain breads

Preparation

Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper to taste, in a large pan, apply a large spoonful of oil of your preference, pour the egg, extending in the shape of an omelet, without letting it burn, turn and finish cooking, part of the egg omelette, in four proportional parts.
In what you are cooking the egg omelette, put the bread to brown, without letting it take hard, soft golden consistency.
Peel the avocado, remove the bone, and crush it in paste form, smearing on the surface of the bread.
Add on the spread bread a slice of yellow cheese, the egg in portion, followed by the slice of ham.
And finally add four spinach leaves without the stem, for each sandwich.

PRESENTATION

To make children more appetizing, I recommend trimming the sandiwtch with sticks, so it will be easier to finish the "small portions." Accompany it with a glass of orange juice, or your favorite shake.

TIPS

You can use oil in spray, to reduce calories when preparing the egg omelet and to obtain the proportional fat for each person only in one of the tapas of the sandwich, butter.
