Mix the flour with the salt, yeast, and milk in a mixer with a hook; add the butter, beat until incorporated and form an elastic dough. Transfer to a greased container and cover with non-stick plastic, let rest for 30 minutes or until it doubles in size. Prepare a glaze for the bread with the egg yolks and milk. Punch down the dough, divide it, and make balls of about 40 grams using your hands on a floured surface. Arrange on a greased baking sheet, brush with the mixture, and let rest for 15 minutes; make sure the dough does not dry out.
