This recipe has exquisite gourmet flavors and the best thing of all is that it is very simple to prepare. You can enjoy these smoked salmon sandwiches at a picnic or at school or office.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 wholemeal breads, toasted
  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • sea salt
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ground peppers

Preparation

Mix yoghurt, garlic, salt, carrot, dill, lemon juice and ground pepper.
Spread the previous mixture on the slices of bread. Add two slices of smoked salmon and roll up the sandwiches.

TIPS

You can assemble this mixture a day before, cover it and put it in the refrigerator.
