Try these balls of banana and cheese that you will love, they are the perfect snack for an afternoon with friends or family, in this way you will have a rich and different snack for all.

Ingredients

20 servings
  • 3 pieces of banana peeled greens
  • 1/4 of Cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of chilli powder
  • 1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese in cubes

    Preparation

    Grate the bananas in a large bowl. Add flour, salt, pepper, chili powder, Parmesan cheese.
    Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated and take a little do not separate.
    Take a little of the mixture and flatten it in the palm of your hand.
    Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and cover it with the rest of the mixture, forming a small cylinder.
    Repeat the previous step until you finish with the banana mixture.
    Place the bananas in a tray with non-stick paper.
    Freeze for 1 hour.
    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Fry the bananas until they turn golden.
    Remove the oil and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

    PRESENTATION

    If you prefer, serve with ketchup!

    TIPS

    You can add parsley to the banana mixture.
