Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 stick of French bread cut into 1 centimeter thick slices
  • olive oils
  • 1 clove of garlic peeled and cut in half
  • 8 pieces of dehydrated tomato with a little oil and finely chopped
  • 12 slices of Serrano ham cut in half
  • 150 grams of Emmental cheese cut into thin slices
  • paprika
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Heat the olive oil in a pan and brown the slices of bread on both sides. Do it in parts, not forgetting to add more oil if you need it. Put them on absorbent paper and rub them with the garlic clove.
    Prepare the sandwiches by putting on each toasted bread a little dehydrated tomato, half a slice of ham and some slices of emmental cheese. Sprinkle with a little paprika and pepper.

    TIPS

    You can substitute Emmental cheese for Manchego cheese or some fresh and firm cheese.
