Preparation
Mix bread bread with half a teaspoon of oregano and basil together with salt of garlic in another bowl mix 2/3 cup of flour and 1/3 cup of cornstarch.
Cut the Manchego cheese in squares and pass through eggs, in the flour mixture and finally in the bread crumbs. Fry in a pan with oil.
