Preparation
Cut the avocado in half, then cut the halves and cut them into cubes that are not very thick.
Cut the tomato ball into small cubes.
Put the avocado, the tomato, and the tuna in water in a bowl.
Add the 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Prepare a comal to heat the flour tortillas over medium heat
Place the tortilla and let it heat for 30 sec.
Add the oaxaca cheese on top of the tortilla and fold the tortilla in half.
Leave to heat until the cheese is melted.
Repeat the step for the remaining 4 tortillas.
Once done wait 1 min and open the quesadillas.
Add the tuna, tomato and avocado mixture to the inside of the quesadilla.
Add sauce to taste.
