Preparation
Season the chicken with salt, pepper and oregano to taste and then cut into short strips approx. of 2cm.
Place a bowl on the fire with the oil so that it warms up.
Beat the two eggs.
Place the flour, the beaten eggs and the empanizer in separate containers where you can bathe the chicken strips.
Pass the chicken strips seasoned with flour, then the egg whipping and finally the empanizer.
Then they are transferred to hot oil and left to fry for 10 minutes or less.
When the chicken strips are fried, the sauce can be prepared by mixing the spicy sauce with BBQ sauce until it is to taste.
When finished frying the chicken let it drain and remove excess fat, then serve and bathe with the sauce.
