The caprese snack is super simple to prepare and is perfect for an afternoon of snacks in which you do not want to spend much time in the kitchen.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese
  • to taste basil
  • 20 cherry tomatoes

Preparation

Cut the mozzarella cheese into slices the size of a cherry tomato.
Mix the garlic, lemon, oil, salt, pepper in a bowl.
Add the mozzarella and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the chopped basil over the cheese.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and put on a stick first 1/2 tomato, then a piece of mozarella cheese and finally the other tomato.
Serve at room temperature. You can put a balsamic dressing for people to soak them.
