A different and simple way to enjoy the beans also called beans, is preparing fried and accompanied by our favorite dip; This is an easy recipe that children will love.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 24 green bean, or fresh green beans
  • 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons ground oregano
  • salt, to taste (optional)
  • black pepper, to taste (optional)
  • vegetal oil, enough to fry

Preparation

Clean and remove the end of the vainitas.
In a large container, mix the bread crumbs, oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper; in another container put the flour and in another the milk.
Put the oil to heat, remember to put enough to submerge them.
Pass each of the beans first through the flour, then through the milk and finally through the bread crumbs. Let rest. When you finish all, repeat the process so that it is doubly covered.
When the oil is hot, fry until golden, about 4-5 minutes will be enough. Put on absorbent paper and serve hot.
