These popcorn are a delicious and crunchy snack, perfect to watch your favorite movie, it is also healthy since you prepare it at home without conservatives or chemicals.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 250 grams of corn palomero
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of corn oil
  • Salt to taste

    Preparation

    Heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a deep pot.
    Once hot add 1 cup of popcorn, a tablespoon of butter and a teaspoon of salt.
    Move the pot by the handle to distribute the heat and all the beans burst without burning.
    Remove once all the beans have burst and pour on a plate with absorbent paper.
    Test and rectify the salt point.

    PRESENTATION

    Place on baskets with paper for a meeting.

    TIPS

    You can dehydrate your favorite ingredients such as olives, tomatoes, chilies, etc. in the oven. Grind them and add them to the salt to give a personal touch, or, add cayenne pepper or some spice of your liking.

    Hice dos veces la primera con las medidas que viene en la receta y no tomaban bien. En la segunda puse un poco mas de todo y el resultado me salio bien, publique la foto ;) es mas al tanteo pero teniendo tus propias medidas establecidas. Mi opinión personal. Pero quedaron deliciosas

    Tip Para saber cuando esta bien caliente el aceite pongan tres o cuatro granitos de maíz junto con el aceite. Cuando revienten es cuando conviene echar todas la palomitas y enseguida comenzaran a reventar.
