Ingredients

6 portions
  • 120 milliliters Oléico® safflower oil, Gourmet Provencal Blend
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 beets
  • 3 zucchini
  • 2 turnips
  • 1 jicama
  • 2 apples
  • 1 cassava
  • salt, celery to taste
  • piquín chilis, to taste

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 100 ° C.
Peel the vegetables, except the squash.
With the help of a mandolin, cut very thin slices of each vegetable.
Put the vegetables in a bowl, pour in oil and a little celery salt.
Place the vegetables on a silicone mat.
Bake the vegetables for 3-4 hours, checking them constantly to make sure they don't burn. Once they come out of the oven, sprinkle them with chile piquín.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a bowl.
