Spicy potatoes with a touch of lemon juice. They are perfect as a snack in a meeting or as a garnish for a dish based on chicken, meat or fish. They are very simple to prepare, try them.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos potato cambray
  • 5 chile de árbol peppers
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the potatoes with a little water, salt and two bay leaves.
Blend the oil, chilli and lemon.
Once the potatoes are cooked, place them in a pan and pour the previous mixture, mix and rectify the seasoning.
