Cut the sausages into pieces. Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the sausages, letting them marinate for 20 minutes. Finely chop the tomato, onion, serrano pepper, and cilantro. Then, add ketchup, Valentina sauce, and the previously chopped vegetables to the sausages. Season with salt and serve.
