Preparation
Make a cut along the top of each chili; quitales the seeds and the veins.
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese and slices of bacon. With this, fill the chiles.
Sauté the chiles in the flour; dip them in the eggs and then roll them over the crumbs covering them evenly.
Arrange them in a shallow pot in a single layer.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil to 370F in a medium saucepan.
Add the chiles in batches.
Cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve hot.
