This recipe is very spicy but I really like it, stuffed lumaconi pasta is something spectacular for lovers of Italian food. Dare to prepare it!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 300 grams lumaconi pasta
  • 250 grams meat, chopped
  • 150 grams mushroom
  • 200 grams tomato
  • 5 grams onion
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch rosemary
  • 1 bouquet basil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 chili basque peppers
  • 60 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • 50 cubic centimeters white wine

Preparation

Put the pot with water to boil.
In a clay pot, put 3 tablespoons of oil, chilli pepper and the chopped onion. Let poach a few minutes and add the minced meat. Remove a few minutes. Wait until golden brown and add the mushrooms cut in julienne.
Add a little white wine, a little rosemary and salt pepper. When the wine has evaporated, add the chopped peeled tomatoes. Adjust salt and let cook about 10 minutes.
Take the pasta one minute before the expected cooking time, strain and let cool a few seconds. Preheat the oven to 250º.
With the help of a teaspoon, fill the pasta and arrange in a dish. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh basil.
Bake for 5 minutes, remove and serve with fresh basil and some more grated Parmesan.
