Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the garlic, ketchup, mustard, honey, and Salsa Huichol® Tradicional for 10 minutes over low heat, or until it has a thick consistency. Let it cool and set aside. On a cutting board, cut the cocktail sausages in half and add a strip of cheese, place the other half of the sausage on top, wrap the sausages with bacon, and secure with toothpicks.
