These crunchy sweet potato balls filled with cheese are very rich and different. You can eat them as a snack or as an entrance, you decide, but do not wait any longer to prepare them.

Ingredients

24 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 2 cups mashed sweet potato
  • 2 cups ground bread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/4 tablespoons baking soda
  • 3 cups oil, to fry

Preparation

Beat the eggs, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
Mix the sweet potato puree, 1 cup of bread crumbs, cheese and baking powder. Form balls, immerse them in the egg mixture and then pass them on the remaining breadcrumbs until they are evenly covered.
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Carefully add the balls and cook for 3 min. or until they are well browned. Drain them on paper towel. Serve them hot.

TIPS

You can accompany it with a little hot sauce.
