Ingredients: 2 cups corn syrup; 1 1/2 cups Huichol® Sauce Snacks, 355 ml; 1/2 cups Huichol® sauce with lemon, 190 ml; 1/4 cups chile powder; 200 grams spicy churritos; 400 grams Cazares; Huichol® Sauce Snacks, for accompaniment; cucumber, for decoration (cut into strips); jicama, for decoration (cut into strips); mango, for decoration (cut into cubes); orange, for decoration (cut into quarters); lime, for accompaniment

Heat the corn syrup, Salsa Huichol® Botanas, Salsa Huichol® lime, and chili powder in a pot over medium heat. Cook until a thick caramel is obtained. Mix the churritos with the cazares in a bowl, add the caramel and mix very well. Then pour the mixture into a previously greased ring mold and press to compact using a spoon. Set aside and let dry for 2 hours.
