  • 1 Cup of sausage golden brown to accompany
  • to taste of pequin pepper To accompany
  • enough of green lemon To accompany

    Preparation

    In a pan with oil, fry the onion, garlic and tree chili. Then add the corn kernels, epazote, salt, pepper and water, and cook for 30 minutes or until the beans are soft enough. Reservation.
    In a bowl mix the mayonnaise, chipotle pepper and cilantro. Reservation.
