Preparation
Finely chop the onion and brown in the butter until translucent.
Add the flour and mix until it becomes a paste.
Add the milk and allow the mixture to thicken.
Remove from heat, add turkey, salt and pepper and mix well. Allow it to cool at least 30 minutes.
Place on a plate the 2 beaten eggs, on another plate the ground bread and on another plate the flour.
With a spoon grab a portion of the ham mixture and with the hands mold in a croquette. Pass the croquette through the flour, then the egg and finally the bread crumbs and place in a tray. Repeat with all the mixture.
Heat the vegetable oil to fry the croquettes. Fry the flirty until they are golden brown. Then place on a plate with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
