Preparation
Dip the rice paper sheets in warm water for ½ minute or until they soften and become flexible.
Stretch the rice paper sheets, hydrated and drained, on the table.
Place the vegetables on the rice paper and the coriander leaves.
Roll up making sure one end of the vegetables protrude from the rice paper sheet.
Press lightly so that with the same humidity of the preparation the coils close.
To prepare the sauce, put peanut butter, soy sauce, chili sauce and green lime juice in a bowl. Mix until integrate.
Accompany with a little peanut butter.
