Delicious and fresh mushroom ceviche, I love this ceviche because the same ingredients can be used to make sausage, shrimp, tuna ceviche etc.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 40 pieces of mushroom White
  • 750 grams of tomato
  • 240 grams of red onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander cool
  • 40 milliliters of olive oil
  • 3 pieces of serrano pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground black pepper
  • Salt the needed

    Preparation

    Peel the Champiñon from the stem to the center of it, with the help of a knife, simply removing the skin, then cut into quarters and add in a bowl of stainless steel.
    Cut the tomato into small cubes and add the mushrooms together with the finely chopped onion, as well as the chile serrano. Wash the cilantro and dry, chop only the leaves and add to the mushrooms.
    In a pan add the olive oil, and bring to medium heat, add finely chopped garlic and evenly brown unburned, reserve to season the ceviche last minute. the garlic should remain golden brown without burning as it would embitter.
    Cut the lemons and pour the juice of the same into the mushroom ceviche, as well as the garlic along with the olive oil, pepper and salt, finished with the ground oregano
    Mix perfectly and pour into crystal glasses, together with avocado dice, good profit

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in glasses of glass and accompany with salty cookies or it can be accompanied with fried plantain chifles.

    TIPS

    Garlic should be browned without getting to burn since it would be bitter.
