Ingredients

4 portions
  • 16 wonton dougth
  • 300 grams Brie cheese
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 guajillo chilies, chopped
  • oils, to fry

Preparation

The dough is thawed for wontons and placed on a clean surface.
Place a piece of unshelled brie cheese on each wonton and fold to get a triangle, close well with your fingers so that it does not open when frying.
Heat oil to fry in a medium-sized pot over medium heat.
Cook the wontons until they are golden and crispy, remove from the oil and dry with a paper towel to remove the excess fat.
In a small pot heat the jam with guajillo chili.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot wontons accompanied by marmalade.
