Ingredients: 1/2 kilos masa dough; 2 cups huitlacoche, fresh or canned; 2 bunches zucchini blossoms; 300 grams Oaxaca cheese; 2 cloves garlic; 1/2 onions, chopped; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; pepper, to taste

Start by preparing the filling. Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a medium-sized skillet. Add half of the onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the huitlacoche and cook for 5 minutes or until well cooked. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a deep plate.
