This garlic rice with fish is a delicious and super complete dish. The dry guajillo chile gives it a unique touch and complements the fish in a unique way. The best of all is the practicality and ease with which you can prepare it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 on Knorr® Spring Rice
  • 1 3/4 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 dried guajillo chili peppers, deveined and seedless
  • 4 Fish fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr ® Shrimp broth, granulated

Preparation

Cut the fish into medium cubes and the chili into thin strips.
In a saucepan cook with the oil, seal the fish and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the garlic and the chili, cook it constantly stirring for three minutes. Season with Knorr® Camarón Shrimp Broth and integrate well. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Pour the water and empty the contents of the Knorr® Spring Rice envelope and integrate it well. Bring to a boil over high heat. Then lower the flame, cover and cook for 10 more minutes, until the water has been completely consumed. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
