Preparation
Season the fillets. Reserve. Sauté in olive oil julienne onions, mushrooms and slices of tomato, salt and pepper.
Wrap the fish fillets with the preparation and add strips of oaxaca cheese sprinkling with olive oil drops.
Cook them in a bain-marie or oven (170ºC) for 20 to 25 minutes.
