Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • garlic salt
  • 1/2 kilos carrot, cut in julienne
  • 1/2 kilos chayote squash, peeled and cut in julienne
  • 1/2 kilos potato, cut in julienne
  • 1 red onion, in julianas
  • 1/2 kilos pumpkin, cut in julienne
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut in julienne
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Preparation
