Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour, for the batter
  • 1 teaspoon Rexal® Baking Powder, for the batter
  • 1 cup beer, for the batter
  • enough salt and pepper, for the batter
  • 800 grams fish fillet, cut into strips
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the dressing
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, for the dressing
  • 2 habanero peppers, roasted, for dressing
  • enough flour tortillas
  • enough tomtato, cut into cubes, to decorate
  • enough cambray onion, cut into rings, to decorate
  • enough habanero pepper, cut into slices, to decorate
  • enough avocado, cut into segments, to decorate
  • enough fresh coriander, to decorate
  • enough lemon, to serve

Preparation

In a bowl, mix flour with REXAL® baking powder, beer, salt and pepper.
To batter, dip the fish strips in the previous mixture and fry in hot oil until browned. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
For the dressing, blend the mayonnaise with the cream, cilantro, habanero pepper, season with salt and pepper.
Heat the flour tortillas and serve the fish fillets, a little of the dressing and decorate with the tomato, the onion stems, the habanero pepper, the avocado, the cilantro and accompany with limes.

PRESENTATION

Serve the tacos decorated with tomato, onion, habanero and avocado.

TIPS

The beer will give a unique flavor to your batter. If you don't like it, you can replace it with mineral water.
