Because if you think of a delicious preparation, maybe this recipe for Beer-Battered Fish Tacos Batter with Cilantro and Habanero Dressing, an ideal meal to share with family or for the weekend. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of wheat flours for the batter
  • 1 teaspoonful of Rexal® Baking Powder for the batter
  • 1 Cup of beer for the batter
  • enough of salt and pepper for the batter
  • 800 grams of fish fillet cut into strips
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise for the dressing
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream for the dressing
  • 1 bunch of coriander for the dressing
  • 2 pieces of habanero pepper roasted, for dressing
  • enough of flour tortillas
  • enough of tomato cut into cubes, to decorate
  • enough of cambray onion cut into rings, to decorate
  • enough of habanero pepper cut into slices, to decorate
  • enough of avocado cut into segments, to decorate
  • enough of coriander to decorate
  • enough of green lemon to serve

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix flour with REXAL® baking powder, beer, salt and pepper.
    To batter, dip the fish strips in the previous mixture and fry in hot oil until browned. Drain on absorbent paper to remove excess grease.
    For the dressing, blend the mayonnaise with the cream, cilantro, habanero pepper, season with salt and pepper.
    Heat the flour tortillas and serve the fish fillets, a little of the dressing and decorate with the tomato, the onion stems, the habanero pepper, the avocado, the cilantro and accompany with limes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the tacos decorated with tomato, onion, habanero and avocado.

    TIPS

    The beer will give a unique flavor to your batter. If you don't like it, you can replace it with mineral water.
