Presentation

Serve it in deep plates or in a cocktail glass, add ketchup, Maggi sauce, "La Jaibita" hot sauce to taste, and accompany with crackers.

Tips

You can bring 1/2 liter of water to a boil, and when it is boiling, remove it from the heat and pour in the fish cut into small cubes several times, in case you do not like to eat it "cooked" only with lemon and orange juice. You can add 1/2 kilo of shrimp.
