Ingredients: 1/4 cups onion; 2 serrano chiles; 1 cup lime juice; 1 cup tomato clam juice; salt; pepper; 1 cup lager beer; 2 cups fish, in medium cubes; 1 cup pink shrimp, in medium cubes; 1 cup octopus, precooked, in medium cubes; 1 cup red onion, in thin strips; 2 cups cucumber, without skin, in medium cubes; 6 light beer cans; cucumber, sliced, for decoration; hot sauce, for decoration; lemon, sliced, for decoration

Blend the onion, serrano pepper, lime juice, seasoned tomato juice, salt, and pepper for 5 minutes or until everything is well integrated. Reserve. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl, then add the beer, fish, shrimp, octopus, red onion, and cucumber. Mix very well with the help of a wooden spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
